Talking about the Improvement of Common Pulling Bolts

The long screws of the commonly used wall panels and beam-to-pull bolts are improved to be short and the scrap steel bars are welded, and the broken steel bars are fully utilized, and the steel plates of the controlled size are movable, and can be recycled and repeatedly used. For large-volume concrete floors, equipment foundations, and column foundations, the bolts are usually long bolts, which are changed into short bolts and welded to steel bars or metal brackets in large-volume concrete.

According to the long-term on-site construction practice, in the non-waterproof concrete, the following three recovery methods are available for the pull bolt:

1. Pull-out type: After the concrete has a certain strength, the pull bolts are extracted and recovered from the concrete. The construction practice proves that when the construction temperature is greater than 20e, the nut can be loosened 1 hour after pouring the concrete, and the bolt is slightly rotated to separate the bolt from the concrete, and it can be extracted after 3h-4h. When the construction temperature is lower than 20e, the time of loosening the nut should exceed 2h. If the template is loosened too early, the concrete will be peeled off or even collapsed. If too late, the bolt and concrete will be condensed together. Therefore, the use of pull-out recovery pull bolts should focus on time and temperature, as well as the form of support of the formwork.

2. Reserved type: the bolt is pulled through the concrete perforated block reserved in the formwork. After the concrete to be poured reaches a certain strength, loosen the nut, pull out the pull bolt, and recycle it. The concrete perforated block is prefabricated with fine stone concrete with the same number as the poured concrete.

3. Tool type: the bolts are passed through the <20 (inner diameter <16) plastic tube reserved in the template. After the concrete reaches a certain strength, loosen the nut and pull out the pull bolt. The plastic tube is <18. The steel bars are impacted out of the concrete, recycled to the pull bolts and tool-type plastic tubes, and reused.
